Reformer and Mat Pilates
Move. Restore. Strengthen
A boutique studio in the heart of Redhill, Surrey offering small group Reformer and Mat Pilates classes.
Whether you're completely new to Pilates or looking to build strength and progress your practice, our experienced instructors will help you find a class that feels right for you.
About the Studio
Everno Studio was born out of a deeply personal transition. Named by blending the names of my two children, the studio represents a dedicated space built on intention and balance.
It was during my maternity leave that my passion for mindful movement really solidified and navigating that chapter has highlighted just how essential it is to have a dedicated sanctuary.
A place to slow down, reconnect and rebuild strength without the daily distractions.
Everno is the realisation of that passion.
Created as an intentional escape from the noise of daily life - a minimalist space designed to ground your mind and refine your movement.
By blending the precision of Pilates with mindful restoration we help you build a body that feels as strong as it does balanced and every session is built around your individual journey.
Attending your first class
We're so excited to welcome you to the studio! If you're attending your first Reformer Pilates class, here's everything you need to know to help you feel confident and prepared.
Before You Arrive
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can introduce you to the reformer, discuss any injuries or health concerns, and get you comfortably set up.
Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows you to move freely.
Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. If you don't have a pair, there are a small selection available for purchase at the studio.
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your session.
During Class
Let your instructor know if you are new to Reformer Pilates, pregnant, managing an injury, or have any medical conditions that may affect your workout.
Our instructors will guide you through the equipment, exercises, and proper technique every step of the way.
Move at your own pace and listen to your body—it's perfectly normal to take breaks when needed.
What to Expect
Reformer Pilates focuses on controlled movements, core strength, flexibility, balance, and posture.
You may experience muscles working in new ways, but exercises can be modified to suit all fitness levels.
Your first class is about learning the foundations and becoming familiar with the reformer—not about perfection.
After Class
You may feel muscles you didn't know you had! Mild soreness is normal, especially after your first few sessions.
Consistency is key—regular practice will help you build strength, mobility, and confidence on the reformer.
We look forward to helping you begin your Pilates journey and can't wait to see you in class!
